These terms govern the use of the website www.elogaz.com, published by ELOGAZ (see the legal notice). By browsing the website, you accept them. Servicing and repair work is governed by our terms of sale.
1. Access to the website
The website is free to use and requires no account. ELOGAZ does its best to keep it available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access (maintenance, hosting outage, etc.).
The /pro/ area is reserved for ELOGAZ and password-protected. Any attempt at unauthorised access is prohibited.
2. Services offered on the website
- Information and prices: description of our services and prices including VAT. “From” prices are confirmed before the visit.
- Request form: sending an appointment or quote request. Sending the form is not an appointment: we call you back to confirm it.
- Online booking: choosing a time slot via Cal.com. This is an appointment request, only confirmed once ELOGAZ approves it. Nothing is paid when booking.
- Invoice payment: paying an ELOGAZ invoice online by card, via SumUp.
- Map: showing our service area via Google Maps, only when you ask for it.
3. Your commitments
- Provide accurate information in the forms.
- Do not enter data about other people without their consent. For referrals, the referrer's name is enough.
- Do not send automated or bulk requests, or try to disrupt the operation or security of the website.
4. Robots, search engines and AI assistants
Search engines and artificial intelligence assistants may read and index the website, in line with the robots.txt file. A summary for these tools is available in the llms.txt file.
A robot or assistant may only submit a form, book a slot or make a payment at the request and on behalf of the person concerned. Only the information published on this website is authoritative: ELOGAZ is not responsible for inaccurate reproductions by third parties.
5. Safety: smell of gas
The information on this website does not replace an on-site diagnosis. If you smell gas, do not touch any switch, open the windows, leave the home and call Urgence Sécurité Gaz (GRDF) on 0 800 47 33 33 (free call in France).
6. Links to other websites
The website contains links to third-party services (Google, WhatsApp, Cal.com, SumUp, the CM2C mediator). ELOGAZ is not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.

The texts, logo and visuals of the website belong to ELOGAZ. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited. The customer reviews shown remain the property of their authors.
8. Liability
ELOGAZ takes care to publish accurate information but cannot be held liable for a clerical error or temporary unavailability of the website. In the event of an obvious error in a displayed price, the price confirmed before the visit applies.
